As an HR consultant, you are the primary point of contact for your own clients within the region. You collaborate with public organizations and educational institutions, among others. You build sustainable relationships, contribute to personnel issues, and ensure that both clients and flexible employees receive optimal support. No two days are the same.
One day you might join a client visit with one of the HR consultants, another day you might conduct a performance review with a flexible employee or ensure that contracts are correctly drawn up. Additionally, you will be involved in light recruitment activities, such as approaching candidates from talent pools when your clients are looking for new employees.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients within the national government

- Prepare and process contracts and personnel documentation

- MBO/HBO working and thinking level
- Driving license B
- You are social, strong in communication, and easily build relationships
- You are a good listener and understand what clients, flexible employees, and colleagues need
- You effortlessly switch between clients, flexible employees
- You are a connecting discussion partner who brings different interests together
- You work accurately and keep administrative processes well organized
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where no day is the same
- You take responsibility and maintain an overview of your activities

- You will join a close-knit and experienced team consisting of 2 Recruiters, 3 HR Consultants, and 1 Manager
- Together, you will work on the success of clients within no less than 29 municipalities and public organizations
