You will lead regional installation projects from preparation to delivery. You will be responsible for quality, planning, budget, and collaboration. You will manage installers and subcontractors and ensure reliable results for clients.
What you will do.
- Lead project teams and organize appropriate installer scheduling.
- Monitor quality, hours, materials, equipment, planning, and project results.
- Maintain contact with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and utility companies.
- Control invoicing, budgeting, purchasing, revenue, and additional or reduced work.
- Advise on technical improvements and provide monthly forecast reports.
Profile
You have experience in project management within installation companies and know how to translate technical issues into feasible execution. You take initiative, maintain an overview, and move convincingly between the client, project team, and organization. With attention to people and results, you build reliable collaboration.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, installation, or a similar technical environment.
- MBO or HBO level, preferably in installation technology, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
- Experience with planning, budget monitoring, reporting, and additional or reduced work.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in project administration.
- You communicate clearly, work accurately, and remain goal-oriented in the face of setbacks.
