We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and customer-oriented information manager to strengthen the team of information managers. Your focus will be on educational issues, but you can be deployed across the organization. Information management is the strategic partner for ICT and connects the organization's issues with technological developments. Information management plays a steering role in translating the organization's wishes and questions into information systems and services.
The team of information managers consists of 6 dedicated employees who work with great passion on the guidance and development of new issues, with independence as an important principle. The Information Management department stands for quality, control, and innovation. This interplay is crucial in the optimal guidance of issues within education and the broader organization.
What you do
- Translating information needs and requirements into ICT solutions
- (Co-)executing and contributing to the Strategic Information Policy
- Contributing to the development and implementation of operational and/or tactical IM policy by researching and analyzing developments, identifying opportunities and threats, and translating these into policy proposals
- Advising management on new applications and possibilities and/or improvement of current applications within established frameworks
- Acting as project leader for education-transcending and organization-wide projects
What they ask
- An HBO (higher professional education) diploma, preferably with a specialization in Business & IT Alignment
- Experience with project-based work and experience in leading projects
- The competence to handle various interests well
- Good communication skills
Practical
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required
