Within a vocal organization, four ensembles are active: three choirs and an orchestra. These ensembles inspire the public with high-quality choral music, including collaborations with renowned orchestras. The organization is looking for a professional to increase private income and significantly expand the group of private donors. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and professionalizing the private giving strategy.
You will ensure structured communication with donors and work to connect a large group of donors to the organization for the long term. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and are able to acquire new donors and retain existing relationships.
What you will do.
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy aimed at a large group of private donors
- Prepare and execute communication campaigns
- Organize relationship events and meetings between artists and stakeholders
- Identify and utilize opportunities for new income from private donations
- Manage and analyze donor information and results in CRM systems
- Work closely with a small, professional team and volunteers
- Achieve measurable results, discussed internally with the team
Profile
- Solid experience in fundraising or relationship management, preferably within the cultural, social, or non-profit sector
- Demonstrable experience in attracting a large group of private donors and building a sustainable giving culture
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Commercial insight combined with an affinity for art, culture and music
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven fundraising
- Independent, proactive
- Strong networking skills and representative in various circles
- Excellent command of Dutch
- Good command of English is a plus
