Do you combine in-depth Java expertise with technical leadership? And do you want to help shape the architecture of applications with societal impact? For a technology company, we are looking for an experienced architect who substantiates technical choices, guides development teams, and translates business needs into sustainable solutions.
What you will do.
- You will take technical leadership of the transversal architecture team.
- You will coach developers and define reference architectures.
- You will guide strategic projects and modernization towards a Spring stack.
- You will work on reliability and observability via SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
- You will help determine the approach for technical debt, security, and technological innovation.
Profile
- At least 15 years of experience within Java and the Java ecosystem.
- At least 10 years of demonstrable experience as a Team Lead, in addition to experience as a Solution Architect.
- Recent experience with backend migration to a modern Spring stack, across the entire project cycle.
- A bachelor's degree with an IT-oriented education and completed training as a Scrum Master and/or IT project management.
- Active knowledge of French and English.
