An expert team specializes in educational services within the education sector. As an expert in this team, you will carry out various educational interim assignments for different clients throughout the Netherlands. The assignments take place within secondary vocational education (mbo), higher professional education (hbo), and university education (wo).
What you do
- (Re)design and development of curricula
- Writing educational policy and strategy
- Flexibilizing and innovating education
- Carrying out assignments in the field of assessment, examination, and quality assurance (auditing, visitation, and accreditation)
- High autonomy in the substantive approach to assignments
- Freedom in scheduling your agenda
- Realizing effective solutions for the client and making an impact
- Looking beyond the original assignment and providing constructive feedback on findings
- Making a significant contribution to the client's organization and helping to build the organization

- Completed HBO or university degree in the field, such as HBO Learning & Development or WO Onderwijskunde/Master of Educational Science. For education-focused experts: Master Leren & Innoveren
- 5 to 15 years of educational work experience in the education sector
- Commercially skilled, able to identify and seize opportunities
- C2 level proficiency in Dutch
- Willing to travel within the Netherlands and flexible in this regard
- Possesses a B driving license

- Brings own network within the education sector (asset)
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written (asset)
