Temporary specialized support in the field of affiliated entities within a governmental organization.
- An affiliated entity is an organization in which a governmental organization has both an administrative and financial interest, such as joint schemes, foundations, associations, or NVs/BVs.
- The assignment focuses on knowledge transfer and expertise safeguarding.
- The intended result is a sustainable transfer and safeguarding of knowledge and expertise, so that the organization can independently continue these activities after the assignment ends.
What you will do.
- Provide knowledge transfer and substantive guidance in the field of affiliated entities.
- Sustainably safeguard legal expertise within the organization.
- Transfer specialized knowledge and expertise in the field of affiliated entities.
- Contribute specialized knowledge and experience to legal issues in this area.
- Use practical examples for knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Analyze and discuss practice-oriented files as part of knowledge transfer and advice.
- Read, assess, and explain legal documents, such as agreements, articles of association, and regulations.
- This knowledge transfer and substantive guidance is the main task (80%).
Profile
- Provides expertise and transfers it to the organization through knowledge sharing, case discussions, advice, and transfer documentation.
- Discusses legal issues and practical examples.
- Shares knowledge and experience in a way that contributes to the further development of existing expertise within the organization.
- The working language within the organization is Dutch (spoken and written).
- A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) will be requested.
What they ask
- Demonstrably completed Dutch law degree at a minimum of WO bachelor level.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience with corporate law issues.
- Demonstrable work experience with legal issues concerning affiliated entities of a governmental organization.
- Demonstrable experience with assessing and explaining agreements, articles of association, or regulations of affiliated entities.
- Demonstrably transferred legal knowledge to employees of an organization, for example through file discussions, guidance, or training.
Preferences.
- Demonstrably transferred knowledge about affiliated entities in the past 5 years to lawyers or other employees within a governmental organization.
- Delivered transfer documentation in at least two assignments, enabling employees to independently handle similar legal issues.
- Demonstrably handled legal issues for both public-law affiliated entities and private-law affiliated entities.
- Demonstrably guided employees in the past 5 years in the analysis of concrete files on affiliated entities.
- Demonstrably advised on the administrative or financial interests of a governmental organization regarding an affiliated entity.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience with legal advice within a political-administrative organization.
