For an international organization in automotive and financial services, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a temporary assignment. In this role, you are a strong and independent HR professional who easily communicates between employees, management, and senior stakeholders. You navigate effortlessly through an organization with diverse interests and know how to translate HR issues into practical and appropriate solutions.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience as an HR Business Partner. Experience within a complex, international organization is a strong plus. An experienced HR Generalist who demonstrably operates at a comparable level is also open to this assignment.
What you do
- You are an important sparring partner for both management and employees
- You advise and support managers on various HR issues
- You guide employees and managers through personnel and organizational developments
- You deal with topics such as performance, development, absenteeism, and employment conditions
- You identify potential HR risks and translate them into appropriate and practical solutions
- You guide various HR processes and contribute to the further professionalization of the HR organization
- You easily communicate with various stakeholders within a complex organization
- You work closely with colleagues within HR and other disciplines
- Where necessary, you independently tackle operational and tactical HR issues and ensure they are handled carefully and promptly
