What you do
- Oversee and take ultimate responsibility for a portfolio of accountancy files.
- Provide substantive support to the team.
- Lead, coach, and develop colleagues.
- Conduct client discussions and build long-term relationships.
- Advise clients on accountancy and tax matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues within tax, audit, consulting & corporate finance.
- Contribute ideas for commercial opportunities and service development.
- Actively contribute to the further development of the organization.
What they ask
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy-Taxation.
- ITAA title.
- Extensive experience within an accounting or consulting firm.
- Strong technical foundation and ability to take responsibility independently.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with clients.
- Combination of substantive expertise with commercial acumen.
- Enjoy working with different divisions.
- Autonomous, professional, and possess the right work ethic and cultural fit.
- Good knowledge of English is a plus.
