The Backstage Team is responsible for the continuous development and management of the central Developers Portal of a government organization. You will build upon existing structures and further develop them. A team is sought, consisting of BackStage Engineers and a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead helps shape the BackStage Team, working methods, and shared technical vision, in consultation with the Architect and Product Manager.
What you do
- Set up plugins, templates, integrations, and standards that help development teams deliver software faster and better.
- Play an active role in increasing the use of the portal within the organization by giving demos and presentations, creating documentation, and supporting development teams in adoption.
- Work closely with CI/CD teams, security, operations, and development teams to ensure the portal integrates well with the overall development chain.
- Guide current and new team members on content and involve them in choices and best practices.
- Help shape the BackStage Team, working methods, and shared technical vision, in consultation with the Architect and Product Manager.
