You will bridge the gap between business and IT, translating complex business needs into clear, functional IT solutions.
What you do
- Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specifications
- Create User Stories, Story Maps, Use Cases, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, business stakeholders
- Validate functional solutions and provide support during User Acceptance Testing
- Create test cases and analyze test results
- Improve processes and documentation, and create reusable assets
- Contribute to IT solutions where integration, cloud, and SaaS play an important role
Profile
- Experience as a Business Analyst within an IT environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Technical background in, for example, Java.NET, Microsoft Azure, SaaS, or data integration
- Experience with requirements engineering, User Stories, Use Cases, and functional analyses
- Process-oriented and able to critically analyze business processes
- Good knowledge of both Dutch and English
- Experience or knowledge of EU legislation is a plus
