In this role, you will guide the development of cloud and platform services for a government organization. You will be at the helm of Hybrid Cloud developments, where teams work on both an internal Cloud and the Azure Cloud for a secure, stable, scalable, and future-proof infrastructure. You will represent the interests of all relevant stakeholders and ensure that the voice of the end-user resonates in everything built.
You will be the 'owner' of one or more services, develop the vision, maintain and prioritize the backlog, and translate complex questions into workable solutions. You will find the balance between technical feasibility and functional requirements.
What you will do.
- Develop a clear and inspiring product vision and roadmap for Hybrid Cloud services
- Represent the interests of all stakeholders and maximize product value
- Manage and communicate the product backlog and set priorities aligned with strategic goals
- Work closely with developers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Ensure the team works on features that meet user needs and organizational goals
- Contribute to promoting 'Service Ownership' within the IT department
Profile
You are an experienced technician with a passion for technology and an eye for the user. You have the ability to combine vision with decisiveness, engage people in change, and maintain an overview in a complex technological environment. You understand the needs of fellow users and can translate them technically. You organize, promote, and control the 'run', 'change', and adoption of the Hybrid Cloud. You are decisive, organizationally sensitive, persuasive, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.

- HBO or WO working and thinking level, with at least an HBO diploma in Computer Science or a comparable study
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Leader, Product Owner, or related roles within technical and/or platform teams
- Knowledge of Agile and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with cloud technology and cloud native development
- Ability to clearly translate technical topics into functional added value for the organization and vice versa
- Experience in weighing IT and business interests
- Strong communication skills and a knack for stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking and the courage to set priorities and say 'no' when necessary
- Good command of the Dutch language
