You put the center on the map as a meeting place for musicians, organizers, and the public, develop projects and partnerships, and translate policy ambitions into sustainable operations.
What you do
- Develop the vision for the music center and translate it into a concrete multi-year plan
- Detect societal and policy-related opportunities
- Advise the board on the further development of the center
- Identify opportunities and needs within the local music field and translate them into proposals for urban music policy
- Build and direct the music network by connecting musicians, organizers, associations, educational, cultural, and youth partners
- Build sustainable partnerships and stimulate collaboration within the music ecosystem
- Organize activities and events and set up innovative projects
- Create opportunities for talent development, creation, presentation
- Stimulate experimentation and respond flexibly to opportunities
- Acquire external resources and strategic partnerships, including writing or coordinating grant applications
- Develop supra-local and regional collaborations
- Increase the visibility of the center and represent it within relevant networks
- Contribute to a recognizable identity and image
- Coordinate operations and internal alignment with departments such as Site Management, Buildings, Leisure Point, Events
- Ensure efficient work processes and monitor planning, budgets, and operational agreements
