Secretarial assistant

• Support one of the facility directors.
• Monitor the mailbox.
• Perform administrative tasks in various systems.
• Prepare, attend, and minute meetings.
• Independently prioritize, monitor deadlines, and plan to relieve the director of their duties.
• Act as a point of contact (by phone and email) for internal employees and external bodies.
• Play a role in the postal process.
• Respond to citizens, chain partners, and other external parties by phone and email regarding organization-wide matters, assessing what needs to be addressed and by which colleague within the organization.
• Draft various letters and documents on behalf of the management.
