We are looking for an HR Consultant to strengthen the HR team in the daily operations and administrative follow-up of the complete employee cycle.
What you will do.
- First point of contact for operational HR questions
- Contribute to onboarding
- Personnel administration
- Data quality
- Reporting
- Optimization of HR processes
- Support HR-related systems such as SuccessFactors
- Contribute to correct and efficient HR service delivery
Profile
- Experience in a generalist HR function
- At least 5 years of experience with onboarding and HR process optimization
- Experience with SuccessFactors
- Experience in a utility environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of social and labor legislation is a plus
