- Demonstrable experience as a carpenter
- In possession of driving license B(E)
- In possession of VCA certificate
- Understanding of handling tools such as a plunge saw

- Correct payment of a good salary according to the CAO Bouw & Infra
- Secondary employment conditions including holiday pay and days
- Pension accrual with BPF Bouw
- Possibility of permanent work in the future
