You will work on various new construction projects, ranging from houses and apartment complexes to utility buildings. On the construction site, you will collaborate with other professionals within well-organized projects where quality, safety, and strict planning are central. These are long-term projects.
What you will do.
- Perform various new build carpentry tasks
- Set measurements
- Install frames and facade elements
- Assemble floors and joists
- Realize roof and cap constructions
- Execute both shell construction and finishing carpentry based on construction drawings and project instructions
- Work independently or collaborate with colleagues on site
- Maintain contact with site managers and other stakeholders on the construction site
- Actively contribute to the progress and quality of the work
- Ensure safe and tidy execution of work
What they ask
- Experience as a new build carpenter, regardless of specialization
- In possession of driving license B (E)
- Own tools and transport
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- A valid VCA-Basis certificate or willingness to obtain one
