What you will do.
- Guide employees through absence, recovery, and sustainable employability.
- Investigate factors influencing recovery and what is needed for healthy and sustainable work.
- Advise employees and employers on work capacity, absence, prevention, and sustainable employability.
- Collaborate intensively in a trio with the occupational health physician assistant (POB) and absence case manager.
- Develop into an advisor and partner for employees and employers.
