What you will do. As a project nurse in the Geriatrics department, you are responsible for the total care of older patients with diverse care needs. Your tasks include:
- Performing nursing care and technical procedures
- Monitoring and observing the health status of patients
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers
- Informing and guiding patients and their families
- Correctly registering and reporting in the electronic patient file

Profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or HBO5 Nursing
- You are in possession of a valid visa
- Experience in a hospital environment is a plus
- Affinity with geriatric care is important
- You have an empathetic and patient-oriented attitude
- You are flexible, stress-resistant, and enjoy working in a team
