In this role, you manage data of WOZ objects. You are responsible for delineating homes, measuring surfaces, and updating characteristics such as dormers, extensions, and outbuildings. You mutate data in municipal systems, perform indoor surveys of homes, record completion percentages of new construction, and process BAG mutations. Weekly, you discuss work inventories and progress with your direct colleagues during the daily stand-up.
For data management, you use information from basic registrations (BAG, BRP, BRK) and process WOZ objects in the GOUW system.

- Minimum of an MBO level 4 diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a work preparer in the housing sector, gained in the last 5 years
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience with the WOZ law and the BAG
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience with the GOUW system
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience with ArcGIS, Gisweb, or a similar map layer application
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience with housing delineations according to NEN2580
