What you do
- Conduct intake interviews with clients, explaining the working methods.
- Advise new clients who wish to rent out or manage a property.
- Ensure close follow-up of (candidate) tenants and landlords to guarantee excellent service.
- Lead house visits.
- Handle the administrative follow-up of your files, ensuring flawless and accurate administrative processing.
- Find the perfect match between tenant and landlord.
What they ask
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Real Estate & Insurance, Legal Practice, or similar.
- Initial (school) internship or work experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Fluent communication style and infectious commercial drive.
- Meticulous execution of administrative tasks.
- Ability to quickly establish new contacts and value personal & sustainable client guidance.
- Perseverance and flexible attitude to respond quickly to market and client needs.
- Willingness to work on a self-employed basis.
- Prepared to complete the BIV internship.
