As a Security Technology Project Leader, you are responsible for projects involving intrusion detection, access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. You maintain an overview of the planning and ensure good coordination between technicians, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. You monitor agreements and ensure that the executing team is well-prepared to start. You are an important point of contact for the client and keep track of the progress of your projects.

What you do
As a Security Technology Project Leader, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, and progress of projects within Building Security. You coordinate activities with clients, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors and ensure that agreements are met. You monitor the planning and ensure that the necessary information for execution is available. During the project, you maintain contact with the client and adjust as the situation requires. You work closely with work preparation and the executing team.
This ensures that security projects are well-prepared, executed, and delivered. Your tasks include:
- Preparing and coordinating security projects
- Monitoring planning and progress
- Managing technicians and subcontractors
- Coordinating with clients and suppliers
- Guiding projects through to completion
Profile
You have a technical background and know how to maintain an overview when multiple activities are running simultaneously. You communicate easily with clients, technicians, suppliers, and other involved parties. You take responsibility for your projects and know how to involve colleagues in the execution. Experience in security technology and a similar coordinating role is a good fit for this position.
