A national security organization cannot perform its duties without well-organized equipment and reliable support. As a materials and services employee, you ensure that the logistical and facility processes behind the operation are in order. You are the connecting link between units, internal departments, and chain partners, ensuring that requests, management, and administrative processes are carried out carefully.

In this way, you contribute daily to the deployability of the organization and the colleagues who work for national security.

What you will do. You will be involved in the administrative and managerial execution of logistical and facility processes within the region. You will work closely with various departments within the national security organization and ensure that requests, mutations, and reports are processed carefully.

  • Supporting the inflow, outflow, and maintenance of authorized equipment and performing the associated administrative tasks.
  • Handling requests for goods and materials and coordinating with relevant departments within the region.
  • Coordinating requests for materials and services with other organizational units and chain partners.
  • Monitoring the progress of requests and ensuring correct administrative processing.
  • Advising and supporting units with administrative and managerial issues.
  • Contributing to monitoring and improving logistical and administrative processes within the field.
  • Contributing ideas for improvement plans and risk analyses focused on process execution.
  • Supporting the preparation of annual plans, periodic reports, and incidental reports within the Materials and Services domain.
  • Providing reports on managerial matters within the unit.
  • Supporting the supervisor in developing and preparing plans.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a precise and committed colleague who maintains an overview within complex logistical and administrative processes. You work independently, actively seek collaboration, and know when coordination is needed.

  • An MBO 3 diploma.
  • Experience in supporting, facility, or operational management processes, preferably within a government organization.
  • Knowledge of material logistical processes and procedures.
  • Experience with processing mutations and evaluating data within systems such as SAP.
  • Proficiency in working with systems used in the field.
  • The ability to draw up clear advice, reports, and plans.
  • An honest, accurate, and responsible work attitude where taking initiative is natural.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various parties.
