What you will do. As a business operations advisor, you will play a central role in improving the business operations of the service center. You will analyze developments, translate them into concrete improvement initiatives, and lead projects from initiation to implementation. You will work closely with colleagues and internal and external partners. You will be part of the Knowledge and Expertise Center.
- Analyze organizational, process, and business operations issues.
- Translate data into management information and improvement proposals.
- Lead improvement and change projects.
- Develop, implement, and secure process improvements.
- Identify developments in the field of legislation and regulations, technology, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
