BI Tooling Application Administrator

You will work within the Datawarehouse (DWH) department of the Data Services division of a public service organization.
- The organization's data is used to develop smart, human-centered solutions.
- You will make an important contribution to the management of BI-tooling and platforms, including Advanced Analytics platforms.

- You analyze and resolve incidents, possibly in collaboration with internal or external suppliers.
- You handle communication with users and suppliers.
- You play a key role in your daily work as a member of an Agile team.
- You are in direct contact with users and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.

What they ask
- HBO/WO work and thinking level (an IT or beta study is a plus).
- Relevant work experience in a similar role as an application administrator or functional administrator, preferably as a BI-tooling administrator.
- Experience with helpdesk processes, ticket handling, and guiding users with technical questions.
- Knowledge and experience with IT frameworks such as BiSL, ASL, and ITIL.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in a programming language like Python or Bash.
- Knowledge of Linux and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Dataiku is a plus.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (minimum C1 level for conversation, reading, and writing) and knowledge of English.
