What you will do.

• Set up dialysis equipment and connect patients.
• Monitor treatment and guide patients throughout the entire process.
• Mentor assigned patients.
• Coordinate care together with the treating physician.
• Monitor continuity and quality of life.
• Align care plans with other disciplines.
• Work closely with nephrologists, nursing specialists, dietitians, social workers, medical students, and the transplant team.
• Provide integrated and person-centered care.

• There are no night shifts, but on-call duties.
