Internal Commercial Employee

An international organization is looking for an Internal Commercial Employee. The role focuses on order processing, administration, and customer contact, rather than active sales. You will work with a team of four direct colleagues and interact with various departments.

What you will do.

• Ensure correct processing and guidance of incoming orders.
• Keep customers informed of order progress.
• Process and check orders and maintain associated administration accurately.
• Act as a point of contact for customers with order-related questions, inform them about the status, and ensure issues are directed to the right colleague.
• Process and check invoices.
• Maintain accurate administration related to orders.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure they are resolved.
• Continuously switch between different tasks and inquiries.

What they ask

• MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level, preferably in an administrative, logistical, or commercial direction.
• Experience with administrative tasks, order processing, customer service, or a similar role.
• Accurate and structured way of working.
• Ability to maintain a good overview when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented and strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with computers and administrative systems.
• Proficiency in the French language is a plus.
