You work as a supervisor in a flexible pool at a care organization that supports people with acquired brain injury (ABI).
- You get the opportunity to work at various residential locations and decide for yourself how much, where, and when you work.
- You combine flexibility with meaningful work in roles such as care assistant, residential supervisor, IG caregiver, MBO nurse, or care coordinator.
- You gain broad experience and get to know different teams, care needs, and working methods.
What you do
- You support people with ABI in their daily lives.
- You help residents with structure and independence.
- You provide care or administer medication.
- You work with young adults to seniors whose lives have suddenly changed after an accident, stroke, or brain injury.
- You contribute to improving the quality of life using technology, allowing more time for valuable care.
Profile
- You have a care diploma at a minimum of MBO level 3/4.
- You are flexibly deployable and willing to work at a minimum of 3 locations.
- You have experience in healthcare or wish to develop further in this field.
Practical
- You work through a Planning & Flex Bureau (flexpool) at various residential locations in the Flevoland region.
- You choose how much and when you work.
- You maintain close contact with an intercedent from the Planning & Flex Bureau to discuss services, locations, and your development.
