A government organization faces the challenge of achieving an integral and realistic programming for the period 2027-2030, within the available budgetary and capacity frameworks. This role contributes to the execution and improvement of the asset management process for movable objects.
What you will do.
- Execute asset management for movable objects, such as lock and weir complexes and pumping stations.
- Work on improvements in the asset management process.
- Organize FMECA's and data.
- Update and design maintenance concepts.
- Guide developments concerning data-driven asset management.
- Manage risk and integral safety files.
- Contribute to the preparation of new contracts from a management perspective.
- Participate in planned asset management activities and contribute to improvements.
Profile
- Create synergy between various stakeholders.
- Facilitate and improve tasks within the asset management process.
- Advisor with a feel for technology and a focus on systems that support maintenance and asset management.
- Knowledge of topics such as FMECA, RIE, RCM, V&G, RAMSSHEEP and able to apply them for asset management considerations.
- A business-oriented perspective to gain and maintain control.
- Work on various operational plans, such as emergency plans, access policies, and site security plans.
What they ask
- Minimum HBO/WO working and thinking level in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
- Extensive experience (> 5 years) with asset management and/or maintenance engineering.
- After award, the selected candidate must sign a standard integrity declaration for external personnel.
Preferences.
- Adaptive and independent.
- Familiar with systems such as Ultimo, RCM Cost, ArcGIS, RUPS.
- Experience within a large public organization.
- A business-oriented or generalist view on asset management issues.
