Care Assistant Plus
You will work for a dedicated care organization that provides specialized care and support, tailored to the individual needs of residents. The organization focuses on personal attention, quality of life, and living in one's own style, whether at home or in one of its residential locations. Care is provided for, among other things, dementia, somatic conditions, acquired brain injury (ABI), and rehabilitation.

What you do
As a Care Assistant Level 2 Plus, you will dedicatedly support residents with daily personal care, such as showering, dressing, and eating. You will also perform simple nursing technical actions, such as handing out or administering medication.

- Bring a smile to their faces with your positive attitude and understanding approach.
- Use listening skills to understand the unique stories of residents and provide tailored care.
- Professionally perform daily personal care with respect for the individual needs of each resident.
- Actively contribute to creating a homely atmosphere as an essential part of your care duties.
- Collaborate with colleagues, jointly document in the care file, and strive for optimal care for psychogeriatric residents.
