What you do
- You provide education to students between 6 and 13 years old, as much as possible from a fixed class with a fixed group of students.
- You are a stable base for students who need extra pedagogical support due to their personality traits.

- You take a proactive role as a leader of your class, set guidelines, play an appropriate role in reporting, develop a perspective plan, and contribute to thinking about student intake and outflow.
- You seek the expertise of colleagues and involve the care team when necessary.

- You regularly consult with colleagues within the school and leverage each other's strengths.
