You work as a pedagogical employee at various locations of a childcare organization.
- You guide children of different ages and devise fun and creative activities.
- You determine when and how much you work, which can be perfectly combined with your studies, another job, or private life.
- You step in where needed, allowing you to get to know many different groups and working methods.
- You focus entirely on the children, with administrative tasks handled by permanent colleagues.
Profile
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and curious.
- Sees what a child needs and creates an optimal development environment.
- Holds a suitable diploma according to the collective labor agreement for childcare (e.g., pedagogical professional, teaching assistant, sport & movement).
- Or is pursuing a child-oriented HBO or WO education (e.g., PABO, pedagogy, pedagogical sciences) and has sufficient study credits (50% for after-school care, 75% for daycare, 180 credits for Social Work Youth in after-school care).
- Speaks good Dutch and meets the IKK language requirement.
- Possesses a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) for the Childcare Personnel Register (costs are reimbursed if not yet available).
- Previous experience working with children is a plus.
- Finds working with children the most enjoyable thing there is.
Practical
- You are part of a flexible pool team with your own manager as a central point of contact.
- There are always colleagues to consult with.
- A preference for toddler care, daycare, or after-school care can be indicated.
