Application Manager

Within a forensic care organization, therapists work daily with systems that support them in their work.
- As an application manager, you ensure that these systems function optimally, so that professionals can focus on the treatment and guidance of patients.
- You are the connecting link between users, management, suppliers, and management organizations.
- You actively contribute to the technical design of systems and how they can best facilitate primary care processes and supporting business processes.
- You look not only at solving problems but also at opportunities to make processes smarter, more efficient, and more user-friendly.
What you will do.
- Ensure that an important care registration system remains reliable and future-proof.
- Act as a link between daily practice and management organizations responsible for further support and development of applications.
- Analyze malfunctions and problems within applications and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and/or other management organizations where necessary.
- Actively contribute to the further development of applications, identify improvement opportunities, and provide advice.
- Share knowledge with colleagues.
- Manage and develop various applications.
- Advise and guide employees on the use, application, and possibilities of the software.
- Provide substantive advice on applications and work processes.
- Inventory malfunctions and user questions and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Participate in national user meetings.
- Translate work instructions and procedures into clear and usable user documentation.

- Experience with managing and maintaining software packages (preferably a care registration system or comparable systems).
- Experience with setting up and improving work processes.
- Experience with guiding user groups and translating user needs into practical solutions.
