As a professional, you are a valuable helper for families with questions about parenting and growing up. You make a difference in the lives of families.
What you will do.
- Together with families and their environment, you assess what is needed within a family.
- You provide as much help as possible yourself, with family support workers and peer experts from your local team.
- If a specialist is involved, you will lead the process together with the family.
- You follow the family plan, which is the roadmap for every assistance trajectory.
- You regularly complete questionnaires with the family and discuss the results with a behavioral scientist.
- You learn and develop with colleagues in case discussions and intervision.
- You are committed to improving youth care.

- HBO+ (higher professional education) working and thinking level
- SKJ registration
- Knowledge of social network strategies
- Knowledge of and insight into aid offerings and methodologies for young people and families, and the ability to apply them flexibly and custom-made
- Knowledge of laws and regulations, the social map, and collaboration partners (knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, and local offerings)
