Functional Manager IAM

Within the Information Provision Directorate, the Functional Management department ensures that IT systems align as closely as possible with the work processes of our users. The organization can therefore trust that access to data is controlled and verified. The team works from clearly defined objectives such as; 'all employees have a verified identity' or 'the source is leading, there is one truth'.

What you will do.

• Ensure the organization gains and maintains control over Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes.
• Manage multiple IT applications for various target groups and uses.
• Analyze and solve sometimes very complex IAM problems.
• Oversee and understand the coherence of ICT products.
• Understand that your IAM requirements impact the project or primary process.
• Guide the work of fellow functional managers or project staff.
• Become proficient in underlying business processes and fulfill a steering role.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with suppliers.
• Draw up and update the IAM roadmap together with information management and architecture.
• Optimize the primary (work) chain through further digitalization.
• Help customers in the primary process to get their process management in order so that IAM works.
• Contribute to the professionalization of processes in addition to operational work.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with functional management.

• Experience with ITIL4 Foundation and BiSL, or willingness to acquire this.
• Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex matters and translate user wishes into ICT solutions.
• Ability to think process-oriented and be a real go-getter who takes initiative.
