Policy Advisor Quality Team
As a Policy Advisor Quality, you connect practice, quality, analysis, and development. You investigate how processes and services function, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate these into concrete advice and improvements. In doing so, you contribute to the quality and future sustainability of care within a healthcare organization. You work independently within your area of focus and support the organization with analyses, advice, and improvement initiatives.
You collaborate closely with colleagues within and outside the quality team, which consists of policy advisors, quality and incident researchers, and legal professionals.
What you do
- You connect quality, quality management, and analysis, moving easily between management, directors, care providers, young people, and parents. You translate insights from practice into concrete improvements and support their implementation and embedding.
- You work data-driven. You collect and analyze information from audits, quality investigations, client feedback, incident analyses, and annual reports. Based on data, you make trends visible and substantiate advice, improvements, and quality developments.
- You monitor and improve quality. You manage the annual system review. Additionally, you analyze quality information from audits and reports and translate it into concrete improvements. You also support internal audits, HKZ audits, and the follow-up of improvement measures.
- You provide advice and support. You advise management, directors, and colleagues on quality issues. Furthermore, you identify risks and improvement opportunities and translate these into concrete advice and improvement actions. You also contribute to reports and quality development.
- You connect the organization with practice. You represent the Quality Team within the MEP team (Employee Participation, Experiential Knowledge, and Participation). Additionally, you translate signals from young people, parents, and client councils into improvements. You contribute to better working methods, services, and quality development.
- You work project-based where necessary. Within your areas of focus, you contribute to projects and improvement trajectories. You collaborate with various disciplines and stakeholders. You also monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and contribute ideas for appropriate improvements.
- You continue to grow for yourself and for others. You follow developments within your specialization and translate them into practice. You participate in meetings and team moments, contributing to the development of the quality team. You also collaborate with partners inside and outside the organization, actively build your network, and reflect on your own actions.
Profile
- Diploma and registrations: preferably a completed HBO or WO education with a background in, for example, social sciences, health sciences, or similar.
- Knowledge and experience: experience with or a strong affinity for client participation and co-determination is a strong plus for this role.
- Availability: flexible in working hours when necessary, appointments with young people and parents may take place outside office hours.
- Skills: organization-sensitive, a good networker, and easily approaches employees, parents, and young people. You can effortlessly switch between overarching thinking and practical execution.
