As a Caregiver IG, you can work in an intramural or extramural (in the community) setting within a care organization. You are proactive, enjoy collaborating, and don't mind taking on extra tasks. Together with your team, you support clients in their daily care.
What you will do.
- You ensure that clients take their medication.
- You perform nursing technical actions when necessary.
- You draw up individual care plans, in consultation with the client, their informal caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team.
- With your empathy, you know how to stimulate people, for example, to engage in activities they are still capable of.
