What you do
As a caregiver, you truly make a difference for patients and their loved ones. You guide, observe, and support them during their treatment.
- You organize and follow up on the daily guidance of residents, both individually and in groups.
- As an individual caregiver, you involve the resident's context in the personal and social recovery process.
- You draw up care plans, monitor their implementation, and evaluate them together with the interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, nurses, and care assistants.
- You build a trusting relationship with residents and involve their family and network.
- You collaborate in an interdisciplinary team.
- You work in 24-hour care with early, day, and late shifts, including weekends. Exceptionally, you may be asked to cover night shifts.
What they ask
- You have a bachelor's or HBO5 diploma in a human sciences field, with some experience or as a recent graduate.
- Experience or internships in mental healthcare are a plus.
- You align with a recovery-oriented approach and prioritize the autonomy and lived experience of residents and their network.
- You possess a good degree of independence and help shape the guidance.
- With your enthusiasm, openness, and flexibility, you maintain and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
