An international organization is looking for an HR professional who is energized by a broad operational HR role within a dynamic and international work environment.
What you do
- Responsible for daily HR Operations
- Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Ensure flawless HR administration
- Key sparring partner for various operational HR issues
- Process HR mutations and manage personnel files
- Draft employment contracts, addenda, and other HR documentation
- Guide the onboarding and offboarding process
- Support absence and contract administration
- Answer HR questions from employees and managers
- Identify and optimize HR processes
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and international colleagues
- Work with Workday / AFAS and contribute to correct HR administration
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational HR role
- Experience with HR administration and the full employee lifecycle
- Experience with AFAS is a strong plus
- Accurate, proactive
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
