An organization is looking for an experienced Sustainability Advisor. In this role, you will focus on sustainability within various construction and real estate projects. You advise on sustainable solutions and help project teams translate sustainability ambitions into concrete and feasible measures. You are involved in different project phases, from initiation and design to realization.
You will not only look at energy performance but also at topics such as circularity, material use, climate adaptation, CO2 reduction, and future-proof construction. You will work closely with project managers, developers, architects, installers, constructors, and other advisors. You know how to combine technical knowledge with practical and commercial advice.

- Advise on sustainability within construction and real estate projects
- Develop and evaluate sustainability ambitions and strategies
- Translate sustainability objectives into concrete and feasible measures
- Advise on energy performance, circularity, and sustainable material use
- Contribute to ideas on CO2 reduction and future-proof buildings
- Guide projects through various phases from design to realization
- Perform and evaluate sustainability analyses and calculations
- Advise on relevant laws, regulations, and developments in sustainability
- Collaborate with project teams and various advisors
- Identify opportunities to further enhance project sustainability
- Monitor established sustainability ambitions throughout the project
- Present and substantiate sustainability advice to project teams
Profile
- Experience in construction, real estate, residential, or utility construction
- Affinity with sustainable buildings and aware of developments in the field
- Strong analytical skills and able to translate knowledge into practical solutions
- Enjoys collaborating with different disciplines
- Can function well both independently and within a multidisciplinary project team
