What you do
As an HR consultant, you guide flexible employees from their first working day through their further development within the organization. You are their trusted point of contact, think with them about their future, and ensure they continue to work with pleasure and success. Simultaneously, you build strong relationships with clients in the public sector and advise them on various HR issues.
You are the connecting link between flexible employees and clients, ensuring that employees feel welcome, heard, and supported throughout their careers.
- Guide and support flexible employees throughout their entire assignment.
- Provide a warm and thorough onboarding for new employees.
- Conduct progress, development, and absenteeism interviews.
- Stimulate professional growth and sustainable employability.
- Serve as a fixed point of contact for both employees and clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients in the public sector.
- Advise on HR-related and personnel issues.
- Ensure correct processing of files, reports, and HR administration.
What they ask We are looking for an HR consultant who, with personal attention and a proactive attitude, builds sustainable relationships with flexible employees and clients in the public sector.
- An MBO 4 or HBO diploma, preferably in HRM, Human Resource Management, Personnel & Labor, or Business Administration.
- Experience with HR activities, personnel guidance, or employment mediation.
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
- A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work attitude.
- Affinity with the public sector or the ambition to get to know this market.
