AV IT Support Engineer

• First point of contact for users with technical problems.
• Analyze and resolve incidents quickly and efficiently, or escalate to the right specialists.
• Provide 1st line support to production and editorial teams.
• Support all technical systems and tools used within radio environments, TV production, and newsrooms.
• Take on a coordinating role in complex incidents and guide colleagues to quickly restore service.
• Test new equipment and systems.
• Ensure clear documentation and provide training to end-users.

What they ask

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (IT, electronics, engineering) or equivalent by experience.
• Strong audiovisual/media background is essential.
• Experience with broadcast environments, studios, or AV systems is a must.
• Good knowledge of IT and/or electronics in combination with media technology.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented.
• Stress-resistant and able to function in a live production environment.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and with an eye for quality.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work in shifts (morning, evening, weekend).

Preferences.

• Experience or affinity with one or more of the following domains: Media / Broadcast IT, AV systems (audio/video infrastructure), Live production support, Incident management, First-line / second-line support, Studio technology.
