Pega Developer (Dynamic Case Management)

• Design and develop applications using Pega Platform (Infinity'24) with a focus on Constellation UI architecture.
• Build end-to-end case management solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and configure flows, data pages, activities, decision rules, and integrations.
• Implement Constellation-based UI components, leveraging reusable patterns and DX/APIs.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services.
• Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and best practices.
• Ability to come up with alternate solutions in case of encountering product challenges.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams.
• Experience in AGILE implementation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
• Experience in modelling and designing Pega Case Management in combination with the integration of bespoke components such as microservices, front-ends and databases.
• Experience in developing the UI within the Pega Case Management solution.
• Experience in integrating bespoke UIs with the Pega Case Management solution.
• Experience in low-code engineering within Pega Case Management.
• Implementation of case management solutions within the Pega Case Management system.
