What you do
- Oversee and take ultimate responsibility for a portfolio of accountancy files
- Provide substantive support to the team
- Lead, coach, and develop colleagues
- Conduct client discussions and build long-term relationships
- Advise clients on accountancy and tax matters
- Collaborate with colleagues within tax, audit, consulting & corporate finance
- Contribute ideas for commercial opportunities and service development
- Actively contribute to the further development of the organization
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy-Taxation
- ITAA title
- Extensive experience within an accounting or consulting firm
- Strong technical foundation and ability to take responsibility independently
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with clients
- Combines substantive expertise with commercial acumen
- Enjoys collaborating with different divisions
- Autonomous, professional, and possesses the right work ethic and cultural fit
- Good knowledge of English is a plus
