As a personal supervisor within a social shelter, you guide participants with complex issues towards greater stability and independence. You will be deployed for a specific period at one of the social shelter locations, allowing you to work alternately with different target groups and teams.
What you will do.
- Guide participants in working towards a more stable and independent existence.
- Manage your own caseload.
- Responsible for drafting, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring care and guidance plans.
- Conduct intake, progress, and evaluation interviews.
- Take charge of the guidance trajectory for your participants.
- Work closely with a fellow personal supervisor.
- Coach group supervisors in the implementation of guidance with a supportive attitude.
- Actively maintain contact with chain partners and participate in network consultations.
- Join intake interviews and discussions with external organizations when necessary.
- Be part of an expert team of a regional access service, collaborating with other professionals to provide appropriate support to participants with complex issues.
Profile
- Completed HBO degree in healthcare (social work, socio-legal services, or nursing).
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience within social shelters.
- Experience in guiding people with multiple and complex issues.
- Ability to work process-oriented and systematically.
- Experience in drafting, implementing, evaluating, and adjusting care and guidance plans.
- A Christian conviction and the ability to articulate what that means to you.
