You maintain an overview and work structured, even when multiple requests come in simultaneously. With a service-oriented attitude and a feel for language, you help colleagues quickly. You contribute to the future of children from within a dedicated MarCom team, with room for flexible working hours and hybrid work.
What you will do.
- From the MarCom service desk, you are the first point of contact for marketing and communication requests from childcare facilities.
- Requests come in via phone, email, and a ticketing system.
- You handle these requests and ask probing questions to clarify needs.
- You process many requests yourself, such as writing or editing texts or assisting colleagues in a communication shop.
- If more is needed, you involve the right colleague within MarCom or another department and monitor progress.
- You work daily with the ticketing system and the communication shop and propose improvements to keep these environments user-friendly.
- You support the team with production, projects, and campaigns, coordinating activities and monitoring planning.
- You create various texts, from parent letters and social media content to internal communication and press releases, tailored to different target groups.
- You monitor the style guide, which outlines agreements on language and tone of voice.

- You have a feel for language, formulate clearly, and know how to adapt your tone to different target groups.
- You are always looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working and are open to new methods.
- Minimum MBO diploma, preferably in marketing and/or communication.
- Relevant work experience in a supporting marketing or communication role, accustomed to handling various questions and requests.
