Supervisor
As a supervisor at a care organization, you will be amazed by the residents. You adopt a positive attitude and go the extra mile for people with visual and intellectual disabilities. The organization has 53 residences on a wooded site, where 5 to 8 residents per home stay, ranging in age from early 20s to 80s. In addition to a visual impairment, the residents also have an intellectual disability. It will be determined which target group suits you best.
What you will do.
- Guide, stimulate, and activate residents.
- Ensure a pleasant and safe living environment where residents can develop optimally.
- Report in the reporting system.
- Support the Coordinating Supervisor in their activities, such as preparing monthly reports.
- Assist with ADL (Activities of Daily Living), ranging from verbal support to full takeover, depending on the resident and additional physical limitations.

What they ask
- An MBO diploma level 3 in Care & Welfare for the position of Supervisor A, minimum level 4 for Supervisor B.
- Experience with various target groups, such as residents with mild or moderate intellectual disabilities, severe (multiple) disabilities, challenging behavior, sensory impairments, psychosocial disabilities, or one-on-one guidance.
