You will work in the operating room (OR) and focus on low to medium complexity operations. This position exclusively involves day shifts, without evening, night, or weekend shifts. It is a new role within a healthcare organization, where you will actively contribute to its further development.
What you will do.
- Work within various specialisms such as orthopedics, abdominal surgery, urology, and gynecology.
- Collaborate in a close-knit operating team with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room assistants.
- Contribute to a well-coordinated work rhythm where team members complement each other.
Profile
- A (nearly) completed MBO (vocational education) degree in Operating Room Assistance (ORA).
- Two years of completed operating room assistant training are also welcome.
- A keen eye for detail and stress-resistant.
- Patient safety and quality are paramount, working according to established protocols.
- Motivated to shape this new role.
- Proactive attitude and a healthy dose of humor.
Practical aspects.
- You will work in operating departments with multiple operating rooms.
- You will join a dedicated OR team of over 200 colleagues, including 60 operating room assistants.
- Short communication lines and a collegial, professional atmosphere.
