As an administrator and LowCode specialist, you will develop on a LowCode platform for a government organization. Additionally, you will be one of the administrators of a case application for inspectors. In these two areas, you will assist field inspectors with smart digital solutions. Together with your team, you will ensure the continuity of important value chains, directly contributing to a safe living environment.
You will play a central role in translating complex supervision processes into digital applications on the LowCode platform and the case application. You will collaborate with colleagues and a product owner to realize customer wishes and participate in the functional management of applications that form value chains for inspectors. You will have ample opportunity to guide process improvements yourself.

- Develop new functionalities on the LowCode platform.
- Translate user and organizational needs into concrete IT solutions.
- Manage both internally developed and purchased applications within the value chains.

Profile
- Minimum of a completed hbo-bachelor's degree (higher professional education), preferably in computer science, information management, information technology, or business informatics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of functional administrator, application administrator, information analyst, or low-code developer.
- Affinity with SQL, relational databases, APIs, web services, and system integrations, including understanding data flows, JSON/XML, logging, and error messages.
- Experience in translating user and organizational needs into IT solutions.
- Certifications such as ITIL, BISL, or Agile/Scrum/SAFe are a plus.
