As a Gas Pressure Regulation Station Specialist, you play an important role in the safe and reliable functioning of industrial gas facilities. You are responsible for inspecting, controlling, maintaining, and reporting on the condition of gas pressure regulation stations and their associated components. This directly contributes to the continuity of production processes, the safety of installations, and compliance with laws and regulations in the field of safety and environment.

What you do

  • Perform periodic inspections and controls of gas pressure regulation stations
  • Check components such as valves, filters, pressure regulators, and safety devices
  • Identify, register, and report deviations, malfunctions
  • Record inspection results, measurement data, and performed work in clear reports
  • Support maintenance, overhaul, and inspection activities
  • Perform simple maintenance work according to applicable procedures and work instructions
  • Assist with the safe start-up, shutdown, and switching of installations
  • Ensure a safe, tidy, and organized work environment
  • Work according to applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Participate in on-call services for resolving potential malfunctions

Your responsibilities.

  • Safely operate and control gas pressure regulation stations
  • Timely identify, analyze, and report technical deviations
  • Carefully perform inspections and controls according to applicable standards and regulations
  • Comply with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
  • Accurately report findings and performed work
  • Independently assess the quality of performed work
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for questions about gas pressure regulation stations and related installations

What they ask

  • A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in process technology, mechanical engineering, operational technology, or installation technology
  • Experience in a production, process, or maintenance environment is a plus
  • Willingness to obtain additional training and professional certificates
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with SCIOS and AGZP inspections
